Shipping

We offer USPS Ground Advantage for shipping options. Square as “Point of Sale” method that lets you check out in-person with credit card, is also available as one of our order fulfillment options.

Returns

Full-size products

While we guarantee the authenticity of all the products sold on our site, we can not guarantee your satisfaction with the scent itself. We understand that a full-size bottle is a commitment of its own kind and we want you to be happy with the scent you’ve chosen. That’s why we highly recommend that you get familiar with the scent you’re interested in by purchasing a sample of the fragrance first. To do so, simply navigate to Samples section in the menu and pick the samples you’d like to test.

To preserve product’s authenticity and prevent tampering, it is important to sample your fragrances first as we do not accept returns of opened/used products.

You may return an unused and unopened full-size product(s) if it is in compliance with our return policy. If we deem your return is in compliance with our return policy, we will issue you a refund in the amount paid for the product(s) (including sales tax if applicable). Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility and it is not refundable.

If your order was fulfilled in-person through our “Point of Sale” Square payment services, and we deem that an in-person return is not possible, you may ship the unused and unopened full-size product(s) that has been approved for return by our support team, at your own expense. Once we deem your return is in compliance with our return policy, we will issue you a refund in the amount paid for the product(s) (including sales tax if applicable) upon receiving the item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used during purchase and may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer support by sending an email to support@aromadeus.com. Returns without initial approval from our team will not be accepted.

Branded and decanted samples

All sales of sample vials (both branded and decanted) are final, so please make your selections carefully.

Defective/damaged items

In the unlikely event of receiving a defective or damaged item, you may be eligible for replacement if the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery. To report a defective or damaged item, please contact us through our Contact Us page with a written description of the issue and photos of the damage. You will receive a response within 24 business hours with return instructions.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as "Delivered" by USPS or any other carrier. Once the package is handed over to the shipping provider, we no longer have control over its handling. If the tracking status shows "Delivered," we consider the order fulfilled. We trust the reliability of the carriers’ tracking systems and are not responsible for packages reported missing after being marked as delivered. If such issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier.

Domestic orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days. All shipments include a tracking number. In addition, once the order is processed you will receive a separate email with a link where you’ll be able to track your order using the tracking number provided.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or due to being unclaimed, the customer may choose to have it reshipped at their expense or request a refund which will exclude the original shipping cost.
